JMAS is an authorised manufacturer warranty repairer for a number of major companies.

Please ensure when booking a warranty repair that you have the following information:
- Date of purchase
- Model number
- Serial number (if accessible)
- Detailed description of fault
Please be advised that most manufacturers will not pay for the repair where there is no fault found or the fault is found to be due to user error. In such instances they will require us to bill the user for the cost of the service call as it is not considered to be covered under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.
