JMAS Flat Rate In-Home Service Fees – Keeping it simple

Very few companies are prepared to publish their fees on their website, or they hide the true cost by offering a low callout fee and then they charge you every 10, 15 or 20 minutes they are on the job. We charge a flat fee per in-home service call, so it’s our incentive to get the job done quickly, and get it done right, the first time. And if you’re worried we might rush it? We offer a 6 month guarantee on repairs and manufacturer’s warranty on parts, where most repairers only offer 30 to 90 days.

So the reason we publish our service fees is…

…because our fees are something we are proud of.

JMAS is keeping it simple by only charging a flat rate fee of $121 per job, with no time based charges and no additional visit fees. So regardless of how long the job takes, or even if we have to return to your place to fit a part, you will only ever pay the initial flat-rate service call for the same repair. On top of this we offer 6 months guarantee on all repairs and manufacturer’s warranty on parts.

Other companies charge a base rate call out fee, then they add charges for timein excess of the first 15 to 20 minutes, and they will also charge for additional visits, even if they are simply returning to fit parts that they did not have in stock the first time around. And most repairers will only offer a 30 to 90 day guarantee on their work.

We also charge out most of our parts at below recommended retail prices.
